Homepage (3/5)
I like the colours you have used but the dark colours are a bit dull. At least you tried to bright them up with a pink. The whole look of your website is quite professional but is lacking something to give it a really good finish.
Layout (3/5)
The layouts background doesnt match the background of your site. The PNG's have a small white dogdy outline on there that isnt supose to be there. I quite like the brushes you have used if not the colours. Maybe you could of wrote somewhere on th layout who the person is and your name in smaller writing. At least you making your blends which I give full credit for. Well gone. =)
CSS (6/10)
You have managed to keep the CSS all looking the same and matching. I like the first different colour letter in the < h1 > part. Great job! The navagtion blocks have gone a bit weird though. There seem to be a lot of spaces both above and below it. When you click on other pages your header changes to normal text so thats not so good. I can what you were trying to do though. Good effort.
Content (9/15)
You don't seem to have a lot of content but seen as you have just opened thats not too much of a problem as long as you keep updating. You have the main things people look for though; graphics, download, html codes and tutorials. The actual content is okay aswell. All the pages could do with a tidy up. The titles on every page are muddled and hard to read. You may want to add more things that are different and unique to really grab the viewers attention.

I can see quite a few spelling erros so just tidy them up =).
Organization (3/5)
You have nearly everything where it is suposed to be. The back, clear and forward part looks odd in the side-bar so I would put it underneath the content bit of the page. You dont have all the parts in the side-bar that I would of liked to see and your affilaites section looks a little empty.
Updates (2/5)
You dont seem to have mentioned that many updates in your two blogs and you dont have a functioning updates section. At least you know one is needed and have added a section to put your updates there when you make some.
Overall
Your site is getting there but you really need to add some things and tidy a few things up, then I hope you will get some more visitors. =)
