Homepage (4/5)
Your homepage is really nice. I like the peachy and white colours very unique. The image mapping is also a big plus. Only one thing is you dont have a side-bar but you do have all the information either at the bottom of the page or in the domain section. I love it!
Layout (3/5)
Even though you've just used one picture of Hilary Duff, it looks like you've added some effects or a script. The way you got the links with the layout looks very good.
CSS (6/10)
The CSS you have used is very simple with a very nice look. Although nearly all of it is a dark colour though which is a shame as your homepage and layout are really light. I thinkyou may want to lighten the grey and add some lighter colours to the < u > and < b > parts though. The header bits a different ccolour aswell. Whats you've got on there is fine its just maybe change the colours.

You have lots of content good. Its displayed well =). Although lots have your previous site names on so its not your work on the site but you still made them though lol. Most of your content is very high quality aswell. Maybe you could something thats different than mosts sites because you've got lots of things many site have.
Spelling (4/5)
I can only see a couple of typing errors so nothing to much to worry about.
Organization (2/5)
Unfortuantly I don't really like the way you have set it out sorry. I think you need a side-bar with all the information in as most sites do. You really just need all the information. I know you have tried to put bits in on the sides etc and under teh content bit of you page. Sorry! I think your content pages look really good though.
